- The free estimate form. Your name, company, email address, phone number, location, number of users, the services you are interested in and your message, together with your confirmation that you agree to be contacted about your request.
- The job application form on our Work with us page: your name, email address, mobile number, LinkedIn and portfolio links, the CV and cover letter you upload (and everything they contain), the role you are applying for and any message you add. See “Job applicants” below.
- Contacting us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp. We may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your message and any attachments, and anything else you choose to share.
Form submissions, including job applications, are not stored in our website database. They are sent to us as an email and handled in our email and business systems.

Job applicants
If you apply for a role through our Work with us page, we use the information in your application (including your CV and cover letter) to assess your suitability for the role, to contact you about it and to arrange interviews. Applications are emailed to our recruitment team and handled in our email and HR systems, and are not published. We keep applications for as long as the recruitment process requires and for a limited period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires otherwise. To ask us to delete your application, contact us using the details below. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your application unless it is needed for the role.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

- Mailgun delivers the notification emails we receive when you submit a form on this website, including any documents you attach to a job application.
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our form from spam and abuse. It collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google for analysis. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- Google Maps shows the location of our Dubai office on the Contact page. Google may receive your IP address and set cookies when the map loads.
- WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider stores and serves the website.
Log files
Create MSP Technology LLC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website and gathering demographic information.
