Cre8 IT (Create IT) is an Affinect partner in Dubai. We supply Affinect, check and set up your guest WiFi and captive portal, configure your campaigns, loyalty cards and offers, and support it all day to day, for hotels, restaurants, retail, attractions and other venues across the UAE.
Affinect is a customer engagement platform for physical venues. It captures customer details and consent through guest WiFi, QR codes and the systems you already use, then helps you understand visits, send automated email, WhatsApp and SMS messages, run digital loyalty cards and offers, and measure what customers do next.
Customers do not need to download an app. Loyalty cards, coupons and memberships work in the browser or in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and staff can issue stamps and validate redemptions at the venue. Venues in Dubai, including IMG Worlds of Adventure, use Affinect to understand their visitors and keep in touch with them.
See the full platform on affinect.com.
We supply Affinect, make sure your WiFi works with it, set the platform up for your venue and look after it once it is live.
Affinect subscriptions supplied by Cre8 IT, with the modules your venue needs: guest WiFi, QR journeys, CRM and campaigns, loyalty and offers.
We check your access points, controller and network to confirm they work with Affinect’s captive portal, and only recommend changes where they are really needed.
Branded login pages, consent wording, login rules and venue controls, configured and tested on your network.
Customer data imports, tags, automated campaigns, email and WhatsApp templates, loyalty cards and coupons set up for your venue, and your team trained to use them.
Connections to your CRM, POS or other systems through Affinect’s APIs, webhooks and data import and export, where the integration you need is available.
Support for your guest WiFi and the platform after go-live, on its own or as part of our IT annual maintenance contracts.
Every login page and form is a chance to ask for consent properly. Affinect records consent by channel, so a customer can agree to email but not WhatsApp, for example, and your campaigns only reach people who have opted in.
In the UAE, personal data is covered by the Personal Data Protection Law and, inside the DIFC and ADGM, by their own data protection rules. We help you set up clear privacy notices and consent wording on your portal and forms. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
We check your WiFi network and agree what you want to capture, send and measure.
We set up the captive portal, QR pages, consent wording and any customer data you already have.
We build your first campaigns, loyalty cards and offers, and train your team.
We support the WiFi and the platform, and review results with you.
We have supported businesses since 2012 from our office in Jumeirah Lake Towers, with engineers in the UAE, KSA and the UK.
Because we also install and look after WiFi networks, firewalls and devices, your guest WiFi, captive portal and customer engagement work together, with one team to call.
