Cre8 IT (Create IT) supports companies with offices in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia: one helpdesk, one security standard and one account manager, with our own engineers in Dubai and Riyadh. No second IT provider in KSA, and no Riyadh team supported remotely from Dubai.
Firms with offices in Dubai and Riyadh usually end up with one of two set-ups: a separate IT provider in each country, or one provider supporting the other office remotely. Both cause problems: different security standards, two sets of documentation, gaps when an issue sits between the two, and no engineer on site when a laptop, printer or network fails.
With Cre8 IT, both offices are run by the same team to the same standard, with our own engineers on the ground in each country.
One team, one standard, local engineers and local contracts.
Staff in Dubai and Riyadh use the same number and email for help, and you have one account manager who knows both offices.
Our own engineers in Dubai and Riyadh, so on-site work in either office does not wait for someone to fly in.
The same patching, endpoint protection, monitoring and backup in both offices, run under our ISO 27001:2022 certified management system.
One tenant, one set of policies and one way of working, with access set per office and per team.
Sign one group contract, or separate local contracts with our UAE and KSA companies, invoiced in AED and SAR.
Opening in Riyadh or Dubai? We plan and deliver the network, WiFi, devices and accounts, and support the office from day one.
Every agreement includes our standard response times, in Dubai and in Riyadh:
Service levels can be tailored to your requirements. Faster response times are available at additional cost.
We review both offices, your systems and your current providers, and agree what you want us to take on in each country.
We document everything, take over access from your previous providers and fix urgent issues first, one office at a time if you prefer.
Staff in both offices get one number and one email for help, backed by engineers who know your systems.
Regular reviews keep both offices secure, up to date and run to the same standard.
We have supported businesses since 2012 from our office in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, and our office in Olaya Towers, Riyadh, with engineers in the UAE, KSA and the UK. You deal with one team that knows both offices.
In Saudi Arabia we are registered with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) as a cybersecurity service provider through the Haseen platform. In the UAE we support DIFC and ADGM regulated firms. Everything is documented and admin access stays with your business.

Yes. We have an office and our own engineers in Riyadh, as well as in Dubai, so on-site visits in either city are handled by local engineers.
No, but many firms choose to. You can sign one group contract, or separate local contracts with our UAE company and our KSA company, so each office’s IT costs sit in the right country for tax and VAT.
Contracts with our UAE company are invoiced in AED, and contracts with our KSA company are invoiced in SAR.
P1 emergencies within 2 hours, 24/7. P2 non-critical outages within 4 business hours, and P3 non-urgent issues within 6 business hours (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday). The same service levels apply in both countries.
We plan the handover with you for each office, collect passwords, documentation and admin access, and can run alongside your current providers for a short period so nothing is missed.
We help you plan where your data and backups are stored, including keeping Saudi data in the Kingdom where your regulatory or contractual obligations require it.
Tell us about both offices, how many people and devices you have in each and what you need, and we will come back with a recommendation and a free estimate.
