IT outsourcing in Dubai

Cre8 IT (Create IT) runs IT for Dubai and UAE businesses that would rather not build an in-house team: helpdesk, devices, Microsoft 365, security and projects, delivered by our own engineers for a fixed monthly fee.

Why outsource

A whole IT team, without hiring one

One in-house IT person brings a salary, visa and benefits, covers one set of skills and is unavailable on leave or when sick. Outsourcing gives you a team with helpdesk, network, security and Microsoft 365 skills, and cover all year.

You can outsource all of your IT to us, or keep your IT person and use us for helpdesk overflow, security, projects and holiday cover.

Who outsources to us

Service levels

Clear service levels, in writing

Every outsourcing agreement includes our standard response times:

  • P1 Emergency: an engineer on the issue within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For example, a critical server, system or site down, or a site-wide outage.
  • P2 Non-critical outage: within 4 business hours (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday), when a non-critical system is affecting several users.
  • P3 Non-urgent issue: within 6 business hours, for a single user with a minor issue.

Service levels can be tailored to your requirements. Faster response times are available at additional cost.

How it works

From first call to a smooth handover

1. Review

We review your systems, users and current provider, and agree what you want us to take on.

2. Onboard

We document everything, take over access from your previous provider and fix urgent issues first.

3. Support

Your team gets one number and one email for help, backed by engineers who know your systems.

4. Improve

Regular reviews keep your IT secure, up to date and in line with your plans.

Why Cre8 IT

Your outsourced IT team

We have supported businesses since 2012 from our office in Jumeirah Lake Towers, with engineers in the UAE, KSA and the UK. You deal with one team that knows your systems, not a call centre.

Everything is documented and admin access stays with your business, so you are never locked in to one supplier.

FAQ

IT outsourcing questions

What is IT outsourcing?

IT outsourcing means an external provider runs some or all of your IT for an agreed fee: support for your people, devices, Microsoft 365, security, backup and planning.

How much does IT outsourcing cost in Dubai?

Most firms pay a fixed monthly fee based on the number of users and devices and the level of cover. We give you a written estimate after a free review.

Can we keep our in-house IT person?

Yes. Many clients use co-managed IT, where we add helpdesk capacity, specialist skills and holiday cover alongside their own staff.

How quickly do you respond?

P1 emergencies within 2 hours, 24/7. P2 non-critical outages within 4 business hours, and P3 non-urgent issues within 6 business hours (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday). Faster response times can be agreed at additional cost.

How do you take over from our current provider?

We plan the handover with you, collect passwords, documentation and admin access, and can run both services side by side for a short period so nothing is missed.

Is outsourcing suitable for DFSA and FSRA regulated firms?

Yes, with the right contract and oversight. Regulators expect you to manage outsourcing risk, and our guide to IT vendor and outsourcing management explains what to put in place.
