Network cabling and WiFi installation in Dubai

Cre8 IT (Create IT) designs, installs and supports office networks across Dubai and the UAE: structured cabling, switches, firewalls, business WiFi and network access control, put in by our own engineers rather than subcontractors. One team plans it, installs it, tests it and looks after it afterwards.

Vendors

Equipment we install and support

We are vendor-neutral and choose equipment to suit the site, the number of users and your budget. We regularly install and support Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager and Fortinet, and we can take over and tidy up a network someone else put in.

Every installation is labelled, tested and documented, so you get cable test results, network diagrams and admin access that stays with your business.

What we install

What we offer

Office networks from Cre8 IT, from survey to support

We plan, install and look after the network your business runs on, so people connect quickly, reliably and securely wherever they sit.

Structured cabling

Cat6 and Cat6A data points, fibre backbones, racks and patch panels, installed neatly, labelled and tested.

Business WiFi

Site surveys and access point layouts designed for coverage and capacity, with separate staff and guest networks.

Switching and routing

Managed switches, VLANs and internet routing set up so voice, data, guests and CCTV are kept apart.

We monitor your network, look after firmware and changes, and fix faults remotely or on site, on their own or as part of our IT support.

Networks we look after

Built properly

A network you never have to think about

Most network problems come from how it was installed: untidy cabling, unlabelled ports, WiFi with dead spots or one flat network for everything. We design it properly from the start, so it is fast, easy to support and simple to grow.

For firms regulated in the DIFC and ADGM, network segmentation, firewall rules and change records form part of the evidence auditors ask for. We document all of it as standard.

Network access control and zero trust

We design and deploy Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager to control who and what joins your network. Staff, guests, contractors and devices such as printers, phones and cameras are identified when they connect, wired or wireless, and placed on the right network with the right access. Unknown or non-compliant devices are kept out or sent to a guest network.

Combined with segmentation and firewall policies, this gives you a zero trust network: nothing is trusted just because it is plugged in or connected to the WiFi, and every access decision is logged for your auditors.

How it works

From site survey to go-live

1. Survey

We visit the site, check the floor plan and agree how many users, data points and access points you need.

2. Design

We design the cabling routes, network layout and WiFi coverage, and send you a clear quote.

3. Install

Our engineers install, label and test everything, out of hours where needed so your team is not disrupted.

4. Support

You get test results, diagrams and admin access, and we keep the network monitored and up to date.

Why Cre8 IT

Your network, installed by your IT team

We have supported businesses since 2012 from our office in Jumeirah Lake Towers, with engineers in the UAE, KSA and the UK. The same team that installs your network also supports it, so there is no hand-over gap and no finger-pointing when something goes wrong.

Whether it is a single office or several floors, we plan the work around your business hours and leave everything documented, so you are never locked in to one supplier.

FAQ

Network cabling and WiFi questions

How long does it take to cable an office?

It depends on the number of data points, the building and access. We give you a timeline with the quote and plan the work around your move date or out of hours, so your team is not disrupted.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Our own engineers survey, install, test and support your network, so the people who build it are the people who look after it.

Which WiFi and network brands do you work with?

We regularly install and support Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager and Fortinet, and we can work with the equipment you already have. We recommend equipment based on your site, users and budget.

Can you fix poor WiFi in our current office?

Yes. We survey the space, find dead spots and interference, and fix them by moving or adding access points and tuning the settings, rather than simply adding more hardware.

Do you supply the equipment?

Yes. We supply cabling, racks, switches, access points and firewalls, or install equipment you have already bought.

Do you support networks after installation?

Yes. We monitor the network, look after firmware and changes and fix faults remotely or on site, on their own or as part of our managed IT support.

Can you set up network access control (NAC) and zero trust?

Yes. We deploy Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager so only known users and approved devices get on your wired and wireless network, each with the right level of access. With network segmentation and firewall rules, it forms the basis of a zero trust network and gives DIFC and ADGM firms clear evidence of who accessed what.
