IT fit out for restaurant and offices and providing dedicated onsite and on going IT support

We delivered the full IT fit out for brand new restaurant and office, aligning closely with a leading design agency H2H. The installation project provides access points to enable guest wifi and full IT infrastructure and network design for their office making this a perfect spot for customers to visit, dine, meet and work.

Steps

FIRST STEP

Infrastructure Inspection

Assess the overall health and functionality of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and workstations.

SECOND STEP

Hardware Installation

Check and update hardware components such as servers, switches, routers, and storage devices. As well as if there are any hardware issues that may require to replace.

THIRD STEP

Software Updates and Maintenance

Install operating system updates, patches, and security fixes on servers and workstations.

FOURTH STEP

Server Administration

Update Network and Server related devices to have an overall up to date performance status. This is usually done after the working hours.

FIFTH STEP

Data Backup and Recovery

Check Data Backup to see if it’s up to date. This is required for Disaster recovery scenarios.

SIXTH STEP

User Support

Provide technical assistance to users facing IT-related issues. Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on individual workstations.

SEVENTH STEP

Remote Access and VPN Management:

Manage remote access solutions for employees working off-site.

EIGTH STEP

Network Management

Check Data Backup to see if it’s up to date. This is required for Disaster recovery scenarios.

NINTH STEP

Documentation

Update documentation related to configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

TENTH STEP

Training and Education

Educate non-IT users regarding new changes like Operation System new updates and Microsoft Applications new features.
